All fields marked with * must be completed for your application to be accepted. 2. DO NOT PROCEED TO STEP 2 UNTIL YOU HAVE CLICKED THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, ABOVE AND TO THE RIGHT...
 

3. Once you have clicked the "submit" button, the form above will be replaced by the text "Thank you for your submission". If you need to register for a second camp, click the "back" link (directly under "Thank you for your submission") and a new blank form will appear. Whenever you are finished registering, simply CLICK HERE AND PROCEED TO STEP 2.

NOTE: your online registration is not complete until you have also processed your payment at "STEP 2."
